How do I complete onboarding after booking my room?

After your room is assigned, you will receive app access to complete your profile, upload KYC documents, and review your agreement. Once verification is complete, you can move in and start using all tenant features from your dashboard.

Your invoice appears in the app every billing cycle with a clear breakup of rent, utility charges, and any adjustments. You can also view previous invoices and payment receipts anytime from your billing history.

You can pay directly from the app using the available payment options. Once payment is successful, the status updates automatically and a receipt is generated for your records.

Raise a maintenance ticket from the app with issue details and photos if needed. You can track status updates from submitted to resolved, and the assigned team will keep you informed through the same ticket thread.

Your deposit amount and terms are shown in your agreement. At move-out, final settlement is processed after checks for pending dues or approved deductions, and the remaining amount is refunded as per policy timelines.

Submit your move-out request in advance as defined in your agreement. The team will schedule room handover, complete final billing, and share your settlement summary so the exit process stays transparent.
