When I first started this PG, I made myself a promise: I would run it the way I'd want to be treated if I were the one moving to a new city. I've seen how stressful it is — new job, new place, everything unfamiliar. The last thing a tenant needs is to worry about whether their maintenance request was heard, or whether their rent receipt is correct.

That commitment shaped everything we do. We maintain our rooms to a high standard because we know our tenants have worked hard to afford a comfortable stay. We respond to every complaint promptly because we understand that a leaking tap or a broken lock isn't a minor inconvenience — it's your home. And we keep billing transparent because trust is the foundation of a long tenancy and a well-run PG.
